At Trodo at Freedman, we offer group classes, 1:1 coaching, and mindset coaching to empower you to get momentum with fitness, nutrition and with other ares of your life. We are here to help, and meet you where you are in a way that feels great for you. We would love to help you make progress towards your health and fitness goals in a way that feels fantastic for you!

Monday - Friday: 5am - 10:30am, 12pm - 2pm and 6pm - 11pm
*Excluding Wednesdays from 12pm - 1pm, but please join for Trodo Chill!

Wednesday: 11am, 12:30-12:50 (Trodo Chill), 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5pm
