friday: tuesday: 11am, 12pm, 4pm

trodo on-ramp: tuesday, wednesday and friday at 1pm, 2-week sessions. these start about every 6-weeks. email/text us to learn more!

trodo start dates

when you register for the trodo 3x per week program you will attend the same class time for the first 2-weeks (6, 45-minute classes). you'll learn key movements and skills, get a great workout and have a ton of fun! after your first 6 classes, you'll be ready to attend regular classes.
